"the front desk was not very helpful at all. I reserved a room with two queen beds and they gave me a king bed and a sofa bed. i explained to the front desk that wasn’t what I wanted and he argued that it was a better room. I had to get angry to be placed in the room I desired. I also asked if they did laundry and the front desk attendant said no. The next morning room service came to pick up laundry and I spoke with her and she said they did laundry. They had my clothes that night. She was very nice. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they put Colombian food for tourist. I enjoyed having all the local fresh fruit and desserts such as brevas etc. The wait staff when above and beyond when they ran out of brevas and got me a special one made for me. The shower was ok. I personally was not impressed with the facilities. There are a few restaurants near and that was nice. The hotel had nothing such as restaurants or bar. At night it was noisy. Every night people looking for their cars in their parking lot would make their cars beep. You could hear dogs barking. I recommend ear plugs. This hotel was ok."

"The hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and shops and the park. I think it is also in a very safe neighborhood especially for foreigners. Breakfast was great. The room is adequately lit. There was no heating though. Bogota gets chilly at certain times of the year (even in summer). At least they should have a small space heater, enough to warm up one room. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, answering every question I have. The morning staff who checked me out, not so much. I guess it depends on the person, not the hotel itself. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"The personal were very helpful. Especially the front desk. We stayed 7 days June 6 and we decided to stay again June 20. I love to take shower and this hotel has the best for that. I will go back."

"El hotel es muy cómodo, está bien localizado, cerca de restaurantes, comercios, plazas y cafés. La hamburguesa 93 del restaurante del hotel estuvo divina, al igual que las bebidas con y sin alcohol.
