The property is currently under a major renovation. The halls and lobby are a work in progress, but the rooms are excellent! I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic property at a great price.

Staff were friendly, room was redone to modernize and quiet…only issue was the sink…worked like the eye was water in the line. Mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and said they’d get it looked at! We would stay there again!

Overall very good value for the price. Rooms are clean, fresh, and love the modernized feel. I didn't even know it had a plate for cooking. There were some dishes as well. My only issue was the shower water drainage wasn't good. Aside from that, I would totally re-visit.

We were given a newly renovated room which was wonderful! Beautiful bathroom, spacious, new carpet, beds, bedding, heating and ac unit which worked perfect. Beautiful park across the street to walk our dog. Very quiet at night, off the highway.

Newly renovated with Old pricing

The hotel is being renovated. Our room is brand new. King bed is super comfy with huge pillows and very nice bed spread etc. The room price is the same as before the reno, so very good value. I highly recomend the hotel in Hope BC

I’m loving the way that the current renovations are turning out. I was a guest both over a weekend about a month ago with my son, and this past weekend with my son and my father, and we all agree that we’ll stay at the Windsor Motel again.

Renovated room and bathroom, easy access, convenient parking just right in front of the property. Preet at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on 2nf floor and had a balcony with a beautiful view facing a park. Rooms are pet friendly and our room was clean and there was no smell or sign of a pet from previous guests, (normally pet rooms are smelly), the only downside was there were not too many outlets in the room near the bed or desk, but I could manage it. We stayed one night on our way back home to Alberta, I would recommend this place and will stay again if we are in the area.

Renovations were distruptive. Noise carries a great deal at night from the hallway. However, they were some accomodating staff who went above and beyond to get us the same rate as the Expedia rate from the previous night for a second night stay! Rooms are lovely and new, need more seating, TV needs to be higher on the wall. Cant see it well while in bdd.

I thought something was wrong when I rec'd an email a day prior to our stay asking what time we will be arriving. I replied about 4 pm. Website indicates 3 pm check-in. We arrived at 3 pm & was told the room assigned to us will not be available until 5 pm but there's a room on the first floor that's available. We decided to take this room. It appears that the hotel is undergoing major renovations on several rooms on the first floor. There were a couple of workers & a step ladder in the hallway going to our room. The hallway was dirty & dusty. Website indictes our room to be standard, 1 king bed, park view. What we got is a standard room, 1 king bed & looking out to a parking lot.

I loved the parking convenience out front, the views to the park and the upstairs upgrades that are modernized and attractive. The managerial staff was considerate and helpful. Overall a good stay. It'll be even better when the lower level upgrades are completed for those that prefer ground level. The outdoor grounds will look great once refreshed and maintained as well. Lovely walk in Heritage park.
