Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private cottage at Chippewa Lake. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include kayak rentals (Available May 10-Nov 1, subject to availability), a shared fire pit, Gazebo area with indoor/outdoor seating, and a sandy 80 foot waterfront with 2 docks.

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required.

• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind, Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
