This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at. I can’t say enough about how clean everything was and how taken care of we were over Christmas. Donna at the front desk was amazing and extremely customer first oriented. This will be our “go to” hotel from now on when visiting family!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Great value. Great breakfast. Courteous staff. Two minor issues: 1) Mini-ref temperature does not go low enough. 2) Room temperature seems to go up to 69 even when the heat is set to go on at 65. Outside temperature is 40s.

The staff were friendly and the bed sheets appeared clean; however, the entire room and breakfast area had a strong, harsh laundry detergent odor. Regarding the complimentary breakfast, the apples were rotten and the yogurts were expired by more than a week. The coffee was extremely diluted and tasted like water. Due to this experience, I would not choose Best Western again.
