The Space:
The apartment is located on the second (and third) levels of this quad-plex, just up an outdoor staircase on the porch. The living space features a tv, laundry room, queen-sized pullout couch, dining table, and a half bathroom. Take advantage of the open-concept kitchen, with a microwave, electric stovetop, and oven to prepare meals. Up the stairs from the living room is a small sitting area and the lofted queen bedroom, set with professionally laundered linens, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Enjoy views of downtown Cincinnati out the bedroom window!
Behind the building you'll find a small garden area with a table and some chairs, as well as a few chairs on the porch, just outside the apartment door.
Guest Access:
This is Apartment 4 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the lower deck up to the upper deck and the door to the right with a 4 in the middle of it.
You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 4.
Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic area with some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses in the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee up the street at Leftbank Coffeehouse, grab a bite to eat around the corner at Lil's Bagels or Keystone Bar and Grill!
Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.
