Very centralized location. We'd enjoy hosting yourself, family or friends. End unit, very quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's with an Amazon Firestick, so enjoy logging in and watching your shows or movies. Yes, we have wifi. Cameras at each entry facing outside. Pets should be leased when outside.

Nice house, great owner

Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!

Outstanding Rental, excellent value!

Excellent location for us. Excellent value, for what the rental has to offer! Very well maintained and clean. The Host went above and beyond to answer our questions. Nice outside grass area, great parking, friendly neighborhood . Close to Clarksville shopping/restaurants and easy drive to my Sango Familys home.

Quiet. Spacious. Nice residential neighborhood. Animals are allowed; with this, there were some traces of past animals, with hair and some smell. But it was not overwhelming. I did not receive the code to enter the house on time. However, when I contacted the owner, he responded in a timely fashion and there were no further issues. Thanks!
