I was pretty let down considering how new the hotel is and how highly it was rated. It was almost twice as expensive as other stays in the area, and in my opinion not worth it at all. The room was decently clean, some hair strands and stuff on the floor lingered though and I woke up with little bites on me a few nights into my stay. The air/heat until was so loud cutting on that it woke me a few times during the night. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms speaking at normal volume. Oh my god and the people above me, I heard every foot step! There were cracks in the corners of the walls and honestly stuff I would look over had it not been priced so much higher than all the other hotels. I don’t mind paying but I expect to get my monies worth. Also no bathrooms have bathtub options and the water pressure was awful. It was way too strong in like one certain section of the faucet that was honestly hurt you while the rest of the pressure lacked. I didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast so I can’t speak to those. Staff was decent, again not was I would expect from such a high rated hotel though. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy to get to, near freeway but not close enough for freeway noise, in fact it is tucked away from most road noise. Area feels safe. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nice parking lot. Clean rooms. Old-fashioned forced air heating/cooling units under the windows are pretty noisy, but work. First contact with check-in staff was off-putting - stood at the desk for several minutes with no one there, finally did a “hello? Anyone there?” and after another minute someone slowly walked out from the back, looking annoyed, and checked us in. However, everyone we interacted with after that was terrific and super-helpful! Overall very nice stay, highly recommend.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly, but I did have to wait at check in and check out for someone to come to the front desk from a back room. Other than that, all went well with the staff. I might suggest that they provide stronger tissues and toilet paper.

We will definitely stay there again. Conveniently located near shops and dining along with a walkable greenway close by. The checkin, kitchen and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful and the best breakfast variety I’ve seen in a hotel. All day coffee machine was amazing too. They do it right at this Holiday Inn Express!

Very disappointed that after staying 4 nights the staff refused to give me two quarters to do laundry - and instead insisted that I go offsite to an ATM so they could provide change. As an international traveller flying out the next day, this means withdrawing cash on a foreign credit card, so with a $ USD 20 minimum, plus all the fees (lets day $ USD 10) ... they didn't understand I didn't want to do that and take cash back home that I can't use - all to do a wash. Seriously??? I pay the best part of $ 1000 to stay, and you can't give me 50 c to wash clothes!!!
