Gather family and friends for your special occasions in this charming home where modern meets rustic design. An open concept flows through the living room to the dining room to the kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. The well-stocked and equipped kitchen invites you to serve snacks or create a great meal.

We love hosting Lee University's parents and guests.
The bright open space mixes a craftsman home with new modern touches since renovating in 12/2019. This included new kitchen cabinets, appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, large farm sink, microwave, and fridge. Refurbished original shiplap walls and ceilings. A king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds allow you to spread out for privacy. Enjoy High-speed internet, Netflix, Prime, and other movie and TV options while sitting in front of the electric fireplace.
Have a seat in a rocker on the front porch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a nightcap in the evening.

Charming & cozy home in very pleasant neighborhood. Within easy walking distance to a community park, Lee University, coffee shops, etc. Enjoyed rocking on the front porch, like we had traveled back in time. And the owner/managers are fantastic, with all the local recommendations you will want!

Beautiful Place to Gather

This property was beautiful and just as pictured. Joyce was responsive to emails and making sure everything went smoothly for our check in and out. The location is great with a quiet neighborhood and small park one block away. We would definitely stay here again.

We Could Live Here!

This charming cottage was so comfortable, smartly decorated, and homey that we wanted to move in permanently. It provided all the comforts of home. It is small and cozy, yet so well redone that there seems ample room for 4-6 adults. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood of well-kept bungalows and close to everything.
