We stayed at SpringHill Suites in Coeur d’Alene and overall had a pleasant stay, but there was one disappointing issue. Every morning, we enjoy our little routine of having coffee in bed, and unfortunately, the coffee maker in our room wasn’t working. It’s a small thing, but it really affects the start of our day. It’s surprising and disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be any quality control or room check before guests arrive something as basic as making sure the coffee maker works should be standard. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and clean, but this detail left us a bit let down.

Hotel was lovely but another guest had a dog that barked throughout the late evening and through the night with every little sounds. That made the stay poor from lack of sleep.

Absolutely amazing property. Stayed with my three teenagers and husband. Pull out bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had a nice layout. 20 minutes down the road from Silverwood. Extremely impressed with the continental breakfast! Instant waffles, turkey sausage, bacon, eggs, lots of pastries, oatmeal with all of the fixings, hard boiled eggs, melon, cantaloupe, fresh made real fruit smoothies and several other options. Coffee was wonderful too! We will definitely stay there again.

Property worked well for staying during the CDA art festival. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Traffic noise from highway can be annoying if you have the windows open.
