This is by far the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! We has bird fecal matter all over out patio and patio chairs, the bed was so uncomfortable we had to check out several days early. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was on so the room was very cool. That was perfect because we were overheated from the day at silverwood. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Fun indoor waterpark and games, but pretty expensive. Air conditioning is super loud. Pillows are awful.

The people in the room next to me left their giant dog barking the entire time in the room so loud I couldn't even even hear the TV, and when they came home at 10:45 at night, the children were screaming so unbelievably loud. I had to call the front desk multiple times. The people have been warned like three times by other people to be quiet and they refuse to move me to another room. I will never stay there again.

Upon arrive staff was friendly but we needed blankets for the pull out and they acted so inconvenienced to get them, even telling us they probably didn’t have any. We had booked for six people so that was shocking. It took them so long to bring the thin little blanket. Had I asked for multiple blankets I could understand it might be hard to gather them. Overall I would say the staff needs more training in hospitality and to be prepared for the amount of guests.

The customer service was excellent. The breakfast provided every morning offered many different options and there was something for everyone to enjoy. And the Triple Play games and water park and go karts were amazing and well worth the 2-day pass purchased.

We've stayed here before, and it's worth noting that the previous weird smell in the room was not an issue this time – the room smelled clean! The hotel staff were super nice. However, we encountered some rude staff at the fun center, although they appeared to be teenagers who seemed unenthusiastic about their job. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that there were kids playing pranks on our floor, and my husband felt bad for a staff member who had to scrape Skittles off the pavement. Additionally, the parking lot had a lot of litter, with customers seemingly careless about disposing of their trash, such as drink cups and candy wrappers, just throwing them on the ground."

2 night stay and not even clean towels. Not a problem with getting clean towels but would appreciate a place to hang towels and dry them off prior to using them the next day. Also the staff hung do not disturb signs on our room as to not clean them. That was an irritating. They did not even touch up the room in any fashion
