The room was just okay, but not as clean as what I am used to. The hallway carpet was dirty and the walls needed painting. The TV didn't work. The pool was next to a tavern where the cigarette smoke drifted to the pool area. There was debris floating in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't stay there again.

A comfortable and clean room. The a/c was already on which was nice since it was a very warm day. Enjoyed the breakfast offerings, and the view from the room was good. The patio door handle was broken, so it was difficult to step out on the balcony. That is the only negative of my room. Very satisfactory!

Maintenance and housekeeping step it up!

Unfortunately the room we had issues. And heard other people that stayed had been unhappy, uncleaned and broken toilets too. We had old sad pillows, toilet seats broken and remote control for tv was moody. Front desk didn't mention housekeeper only clean room every 3 days. I bit weird..this hotel was big and in 3 buildings on one street.

Safety

Overall, my stay was satisfactory—the room was comfortable and met expectations. I did not interact with the staff, so I cannot comment. However, I would like to raise a concern about the noise disturbance on the first night of my stay. Between approximately 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM, there was a loud altercation involving several individuals at the tavern. The argument included aggressive and threatening language, which was not acceptable. What was particularly concerning was that no action was taken to address the situation. The remainder of the stay was quiet and without further incident. I hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience, particularly in ensuring a safe and peaceful environment at all times.
