"Room and property weren’t up to my personal cleanliness standards. Rooms were not clean and a bit run down. We had only one wash cloth, and one nespresso pod for a suite for two people. The rooftop bar was not open or available despite being advertised. Location was great and check in and out was very easy."

"Pros - Great location, close to major Metrobus and subway stops. Close to restaurants that serve good food, and major bank branches. Clean, staff are responsive and helpful, and there is a manned front desk that always has onsite support to assist. Cons - Water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, and there was a funky smell from the bathroom drain in the mornings. It doesn't persist once you use it. The bathrooms also have open windows for ventilation, which you can control but there may be a chance that other guests can see into your bathroom, depending on the angel and what floor you are on."
