The carriage house was perfect for our family trip to Colorado Springs. It is a short walk or drive to downtown restaurants and close to so many local attractions.The house comes equipped with everything you need. A lot of thought has gone into making it the perfect home away from home.

The house had everything we possibly needed from cooking equipment, laundry soap, extra blankets, etc. Jennifer was a gracious host and described the property exactly as it is. The location is fantastic and close to garden of the gods and walking distance to downtown. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Overall the House was very nice. Easy to get to. easy parking and really good location to get to downtown Colorado Springs. One thing worth noting which I missed but is in the description is the Bedroom with the king bed is upstairs and it's a one bathroom , that's downstairs. We would highly recommend a stay at this property!

A little rough around the edges and lots of insects inside. Great location if you need to be downtown. Lots of room, good amenities. A little tough if you have mobility issues; definitely could not accommodate a wheelchair, but could a walker with care and attention.

Great location, cute and charming and VERY clean! Being two stories there was a bit of a temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, so if you like it warmer for sleeping, choose the upstairs room! Simple check out with minimal work for guests - very pleasant experience!

The house was great. Easy to walk to downtown and lots of fun places from here. Felt nice and cozy. Clean. LOTS of space. Having the washer and dryer was great and so convenient!

Great place

This listing was perfect for our three day stay in town. Cute and clean and the owner was very responsive. It had everything we needed and everything was pretty well spelled out for us. The WiFi password was easy to find and the binder in the kitchen has lots of good information. Great location and I didn’t have to park on the street which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the area.

Exactly what we needed!

This charming little spot was perfect for our weekend. Kitchen had necessary items as well as a few extras. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Location was convenient to everything. We will very likely be back

Charming Updated Place

Cute carriage home with nice updates. The upstairs gets hot when it is warm outside, but we made it work with windows open and fans. Great location to get to things in the downtown area.

Cozy Carriage House had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. Very clean house - lots of little details (snack box, toilet paper/paper towels stocked, spices, laundry needs, etc). The location was great for everything we wanted to do (about 10-20 min drive to most excursions). Lots of food choices within the area. For a downtown location, of course there are some “sketchy” parts around the corner. But the owners have done a really great job to make you feel at home and safe.

Great price to be right in downtown

The price was great and we were easily within walking distance to the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. The house itself is clearly an older building but was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The host was wonderful, communicative, and helpful! The only downside is that it is perhaps not the nicest area, but that is to be expected with it being so close to downtown.

Short drive to attractions

The house was older than we expected based on the pictures, but there wasn’t any musty smell or anything like that. The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and everything you may need was on hand.Our door code didn’t work when we arrived, but the host quickly resolved the problem.

Nice little place

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedrooms were perfect and we worked around the one bathroom. I suggest to the owner that the put mirrors in all the bedrooms so once you shower you can get ready in the bedroom while the next one showers. Be warned that the stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep. Not good if you have knee issues. I would recommend this place.

Quaint Gem

The is a very cute Carriage House and perfect for my conference stay. The rooms upstairs were toasty warm and the one downstairs was a little chilly so it worked well for people who like different sleeping temperatures. It worked best as a four people. There is a small sleeper sofa that we didn’t use. The GPS doesn’t take you to the correct spot but the host sent me correct directions and it was easy to find following their directions. I would stay here again. There was also plenty of parking.
