Our VRBO space serves primarily families. As a family who travels a lot ourselves, we are very aware of the things that truly make the difference when you are away from home with your kids in tow. We have spaces to play in, spaces to relax in, books to read to your kids at bedtime, amenities for babies, dishware your kids can use stress free (in a cabinet they can reach themselves!), and free access to a washer and dryer for doing a quick load of family laundry, complete with unscented, baby friendly, laundry detergent.

Other family and baby amenities include: high chairs, booster seats and bumbo chairs, bottle warmer, complimentary baby wipes, a changing pad with a fresh clean cover and a pack n play with clean sheet.

Sleeping Spaces:
The home includes 3 closed bedrooms. While we don’t have central air, all 3 bedrooms have a window AC unit as well as ceiling fans. The first includes a king sized bed, the second has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bunk on top, and the 3rd bedroom (the master) offers a queen sized bed as well as a TV sitting area and elliptical exercise machine that guests are free to use. The first two bedrooms mentioned (the room with the king, and the kids bedroom) are side by side and bear the front of the house. This is perfect for parents who would like to stay in a room close to their children. The bedroom containing the queen sized bed is separated from the other 2 rooms, making it a great space for grandparents! A pack-n-play with a fresh clean sheet is always available, no need to ask in advance.

You will find 2 bathrooms, one to the front of the home and one to the back. Both have a full tub and shower. The main living room/ dining room area is welcoming and light filled, with the ability to seat 6 at the dining table (even 8 people fit without much trouble). The kitchen is very well equipped including a standing mixer, blender, Soda Stream and Nespresso machine, and also boasts its own small dining nook.

The property has a front and back yard which are available to guests, including dining table and chairs in the back, lounge seating area complete with propane fire pit table, BBQ, and a large kids play structure. In the front you will find Adirondack chairs for relaxing, as well as a kids tire swing, a climbing dome, and a nature inspired play area.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and filled with families and older folk. Its streets are tree lined, green and beautiful. Our home is a short walk to the Olympic Training Facility, Memorial Hospital, and Boulder Park, and provides easy access to major highways, as well as the downtown area with its many shops and restaurants.

Lastly we would love for our guests to know that this property feels like home because, well, it is our home! This is not one of the many properties that serves only as a rental. This is actually our primary family residence for most of the year. We love to travel, and we love to share our space with other families when we are away. We hope you feel welcome here!
