Welcome to this spacious and comfortable ground-floor rental unit, located in the basement of a residential home. The main-level resident is considerate and you'll have minimal interaction. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and designated parking. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and ample storage space, this 1000 sq/ft rental accommodates all your belongings. The compact yet well-equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, apartment-size refrigerator, and sink. The large living room offers plenty of seating and a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Stay entertained with the Smart TV featuring On Demand, Hulu, and Netflix. If you need to work, a small desk area is available. Dog owners are welcome, as there's a shared, unfenced backyard for walking your furry friend.
