Family Friendly Charming +Clean 5 Bedroom House,

This 5 bedroom house has families and vacation amenities in mind! A small sitting room for coffee or conversation greets you when you walk in the door. The floor plan opens up to the living area that has a cozy couch to watch movies on and an eating area to share a meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal together. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and a laundry room. There is a master suite with a king bed and a walk in closet. (no rooms on main level)

The master bedroom has a king size bed. Two of the bedrooms on the upper level has queen beds and the fourth room has 2 twin beds. The laundry room is conveniently located on the upper level! It has a full size washer and dryer and a folding area! The basement is where the 5th bedroom is located. It has a twin and queen bed!
** Note all bedrooms are either on the upper level or in the basement - you need to use the stairs to access any sleeping area!

This neighborhood has several small parks and is within walking distance to a few restaurants. It is located a mile from down town Monument and is conveniently located right off of I-25. Easy access to Colorado Springs, Denver, the Air Force Academy and many other attractions in the area!

I25 is 1 mile from the house! Easy access on and off. The Santa Fe Trail is also very close to the house!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling for a wedding in the Monument/ Palmer Lake area. We are 7 miles from Spruce Mountain Ranch, 1.5 miles from the Hearth House, and 4.8 miles from The Historic Pinecrest.

We are also the home away from home for many Air Force parents and visitors. The house is located only 8 miles away from the North Entrance of the academy.
