No dining options nearby. Staff seemed uncertain on other food places to dine out. Breakfast was a step above in quality and design (really liked the belgian waffle setup). Entry and exit to the hotel was oddly designed. Shuttle driver excelled in their jobs and a credit to your hotel. Plenty of towels and other amenities, but shower is a bit of a slip if not aware (bath mat would be good). Cleaning staff did a great job but they weren't ready until after 5:30 pm, but they may have been understaffed. They have extra amenities (toothbrush, for example) for sale on property. Free coffee, tea, water, fruit in front. Checkout is later than most hotels.

Loud but clean rooms

The room appeared super clean but my husband had to fix the toilet handle immediately upon arrival, it was literally just hanging off. That was easy fix but would think to clean toilet, cleaner would have noticed that problem. Like our last Hilton stay, they have one major thing in common. Really poor sound proofing. I could hear everything neighbors watching on TV, every conversation, every cough, every toilet flush. Upstairs sounded like loud thumping and running each time they moved and every door opening and slamming. The bed made a loud squeaking noise on left side anytime getting out or in bed or just from rolling over. The hotel is fairly new, so it was in great condition and location for our activities, just slept very poorly while there. One last thing, they need new pillows. As soon as you lay on them, they deflate like a balloon and support nothing.

We had prepaid and booked on expiedia a 2 queen bed with sofa sleeper for our aily kf 5.and when we checked in to hotel all they had left was a 1 king with sofa sleeper. I have 3 boys heights of 6', 6'4" and 7' tall. 1 sofa sleeper isnt accommodating for price we paid of $365. Hotel management said shes contacting expedia to refund us a 100% tomorrow but all but the refund it was a very poor situation from what we had booked.

This hotel was one of the bests I’ve stayed in for a long time. It was clean, staff was wonderful, breakfast was great with a lot of options, the pool and hot tub were also clean and warm. Overall it was an amazing stay. We would definitely stay again.
