The tub in the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned. The room was never serviced be whole time we stayed there. The lack of communication at checkout and check in was disappointing. They acted like they didn’t understand me.

We had a nice big room, but it seems it was not cleaned entirely before we entered. The staff are fantastic, it is not noisy, and plenty of parking, close to everything.

There were sketchy people in the parking lot when I arrived. As a single traveler I don’t typically feel unsafe staying places and I did here. The room was filthy and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room and there were burns on the furniture and overall building is decrepit and unkempt.

Would Not Recommend

Did not care for this hotel much. The person that was checking us in seemed confused about how the rooms were laid out. We were too once we got a room as the even numbers were actually behind the odd numbers, so the signs were misleading. Also did not like that the elevators were outside and there was no hot water that night.

Unbelievably rude staff

Tried to extend my stay, attempted to pay 3 times. . They kept telling me to come back and the lady at the desk kept trying to pressure me to pay in cash for some reason. They tried to charge me twice for the security deposit and were extremely hostile to me when I said I couldn't afford to pay it twice. Horrible experience. Felt extremely unwelcome even before this and was treated terribly.

Room was clean. The coverlets on the beds were either stained or dirty with what looked like blood. The bathtub needs to be refinished as the surface was worn and black in spots. The ceiling had mold growing in corners
