Loft in Historic Spa Building in the center of Manitou Springs

This newly renovated loft is on the 3rd (top) floor of the historic spa building right in the center of downtown Manitou Springs. The loft itself is 1000sq. feet, with one bedroom, one bathroom and a large room for cooking, dining, and visiting. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops, the living area has a sofa bed which sleeps two, a gas fireplace and french doors which open onto a large rooftop terrace which overlooks the flowing creek below, the mountains beyond and mainstreet with all its colorful variety. In the Spa building itself, there is a workout room for guests, a restaurant, coffee house, wine store, toy store, and art gallery. There is a covered , secure parking garage for one car per loft. Next to the Spa building, is one of the last remaining penny arcades in the country which offers much entertainment for kids and adults alike. Downtown Manitou has a variety of interesting shops, eating, and drinking establishments. The Manitou Incline is blocks away as are various trailheads for hikes of all distances (including to the top of Pikes Peak) through the foothills. A biking path just outside the Spa building leads to the Garden of the Gods and downtown Colorado Springs with its vast trail network.
Manitou Springs is close to the Garden of the Gods, the Pikes Peak toll road, the Cave of the Winds and the Air Force Academy and the Broadmoor Hotel (with a world class zoo) are 20-30 minutes away.

Positive Experience

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The host was responsive and helpful. We loved the river walk, but the number one amenity was the comfort of the bed as both my husband and I struggle with back pain.

Perfect location for downtown Manitou Springs

This is a great place to enjoy your time in downtown Manitou Springs. Very spacious condo with a huge balcony and everything you need. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had and we hope to come back and visit soon. You won't regret booking this place!

Perfect place to explore Manitou Springs and the surrounding areas. The place is huge, comfortable, and has everything you might need . Nicely appointed, some nice art, patio was really really big and good people watching! Also, ice cream just steps away - just sayin’

Best place ever !!

4 of us stayed here for six nights in May. Let me tell you this is by far the best place we have stayed at on all of the vacations we have taken. The loft was immaculate had every single thing you could possibly imagine, it was literally like Having a home away from home. The loft is 100% equipped and very comfortable. The caretaker at the time forgive me I can’t remember his name, but he was absolutely amazing. If we had any questions, I don’t care what time it was, He responded within seconds to a couple minutes after I sent the text. All instructions were extremely accurate. The garage space where you park your car was extremely secure. We had a ton of luggage because this was the end of a three week trip. Pulled up at the front unloaded and took everything up the elevator then went back and parked. This unit was extremely quiet and has the only direct access to the shared balcony directly off the living room, other units have to access a door from the hallway. Only saw one neighbor one time on the balcony the entire time we were there. The view is gorgeous, just absolutely outstanding. You are right above the downtown strip and the view of the mountains is spectacular. There’s a restaurant called the border burger bar directly downstairs which has great food you can even order drinks to go and bring them upstairs, the Penny Arcade is right next door. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Extraordinary Value

I don't like writing reviews. I'll make an exception here. This place is unique - beautifully decorated, centrally located, private access to a beautiful rooftop view to Main Street. I absolutely loved it. Walkable to Incline and Barr Trail, walkable to all cool restaurants. I would love to stay again. Thank you to my hosts - I used the time and place to start my book. Best anniversary getaway

I coordinated our trip to Colorado Springs this year for our anniversary. My wife was reluctant at first because she’s usually the beach type. This was a 1000/10 nailed it on the head getaway to probably one of the coolest properties in one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed and will make it a point to try and book every year from here on out. The unit over looks the bustling downtown manitou, where I felt more like returning to a childhood home than going on some vacation.We had a blast and that is likely an understatement.10/10 will book again!

Great location and true to pics! Clean, convenient and ample room. Our only complaint was the super soft mattress. With bad backs, the mattress was too soft and it was two twins pushed together so you fall in the crack. Didn’t have a really good night sleep while there.

Great spot within walking distance of the entire town of Manitou Springs and a much appreciated assigned parking space in a locked and covered garage. Very spacious inside with large kitchen/dining/living loft space and massive bathroom. The patio was great in the evenings to relax.The river was running high during our stay, and we really enjoyed the sound of the rushing water just outside the windows.Check-in was relatively straightforward, although be aware that some of the listing’s documentation still references the old key lockbox, which is no longer used in lieu of electronic keypads/keycodes. The loft was extremely musty smelling upon arrival, but the weather cooperated with us to open all the windows and it dissipated by the evening of our first night.

Colorado Getaway

Spent 5 nights in Manitou Springs and this unit was great. Centrally located in the middle of everything. The outdoor terrace was great for relaxing after a rough day hiking or after enjoying the shopping. The Property Manager was great responding to my needs, usually within minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to the area. Highly Recommend!

In the heart of Manitou Springs

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Manitou Springs. I would stay again. We had some trouble on check in due to a bad code, but the owner/manager was able to get us in eventually.

This is such a great rental, in the heart of Manitou. Lots of shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The loft is large and has a great kitchen. Everything was perfect and if communication was needed, it was immediate. I could not recommend this loft enough and the locals were all great.

fabulous property and location

it was an awesome location and the property is great. having a dedicated locked parking spot was nice too. there was a few minor issues with check in and I would strongly recommend that you unload up front and go to the elevator and then park. It's a long way to the elevator from the parking garage. It is a little tricky getting in & out of the garage. I did have a problem with getting enough hot water to be able to actually use the big tub the way it is meant to be used. Only other gripe was the only closets were pretty much full and so was one dresser. there is another dresser to use though. We loved being able to go open a door and go right out on the roof!!! It is a fantastic comfortable apartment with great bed and lovely decor!!! Not sure I would be that trusting!! Even a robe to use for each of you!!

A Gem of a Stay

We are grateful to have found the perfect spot for a long weekend in Manitou Springs for a friend’s wedding. This condo is perfectly appointed, clean, and in an excellent location. Cleanliness is at the top of our list and thankfully, this condo hit the mark! Also provided, bath amenities, coffee and filters, and a super comfy bed. We also enjoyed viewing the beautiful town of Manitou from the shared, large patio. Beautiful view. We could walk anywhere and found ourselves really enjoying the food and drinks at the Border Bar in the building. We’d rate this one an 11 out of 10!

Historic District

3rd floor condo in historic bath house was cozy and convenient. We were a bit annoyed by the lock boxes and key fob problems but our stay was otherwise relaxing and fun. Secure private parking behind chain gate, good food all around, and a short 30-minute trip to the airport made our week fly by. Clean room to boot. We will be back!
