This entire home is one block over from a large family park and walking distance to mountain hiking trails such as Blodgett Peak and Ute Valley Park. This stay is perfect for families with small children as we've included a pak n' play and jogger stroller that can fit all ages.

All 3,500 sqft of this bright home are yours to delight in!! Enjoy the large, eat-in kitchen, or dine in one of the two dining rooms. Relax on the comfy couches. Hang out in the loft and play some pool & ping pong or venture to the basement for the bar air hockey, foosball and poker tables!

Fenced-in backyard, game rooms, workout room/gym, TV in every bedroom, central AC & a private hot tub!

Quiet Hours are from 9pm-9am

This house was perfect for our family to visit the Colorado Springs area and USAFA. In addition to plenty of bedrooms, there’s are multiple comfortable spaces for us to hang out with each other. We had a great stay! The house is beautiful, large, would accommodate a large family well. We loved our stay in Colorado Springs. We had fun playing ping pong and pool. Watch for deer as you drive down the street and into the neighborhood as we saw them leisurely walking around many times! Hosts were responsive and friendly. We will definitely book with them again in the future!
