Location, location! This beautiful, updated 2-bedroom turn-of-the-century house is located in downtown Colorado Springs with excellent access to I-25 and near abundant parks, shopping, and dining establishments. SODO restaurant row is a 2-block walk, Weidner Field Stadium is 2 blocks, the US Olympic Museum is 4 blocks, and the free shuttle is 2 blocks.

There is a fully fenced yard, hardwood floors, and ceramic tile. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and other food and cooking items. For your convenience, you will find toiletries in the bathroom, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, a hairdryer, etc. There are also additional linens, towels, and blankets. The backyard has a gas grill and outdoor seating for barbecues.

The immediate neighborhood is friendly and consists of other homeowners. Shugga's, a Seattle-style coffee/wine bar, is 1 block east, and then 1- 1/2 blocks further are The Coffee Exchange, Streetcar 520, Atomic Cowboy, Dos Santos, and Coati, which is a new gathering place with many restaurants and breweries all under one roof. The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery, a long-time local favorite, is just three blocks north.
Also nearby are the Pike Peak Center (7 blocks), Colorado College, Fine Arts Center, National Firefighters Memorial, and plenty of restaurants, breweries, and retail shops.
The city has plenty of bike and scooter rental stations nearby, and easy to access our miles and miles of bike lanes!

Just minutes away are the 5-star Broadmoor Resort, Garden of the Gods, Helen Hunt Falls, Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and the Colorado Springs Airport.

This updated, remodeled Victorian house will give you the comfort of your own home with the convenience of being located in the center of EVERYTHING Colorado has to offer and the activities you are seeking to enjoy.

Dogs are welcome with an additional $75 pet fee per pet, and the yard is fully fenced. Sorry, although I love them, I can not accept cats as my husband is highly allergic.

The kitchen has plenty of room to prepare most any meal, plus all the pots/pans and accessories needed. The full sized frig makes keeping food and/or leftovers easy. The sofa and reading chair are quite comfortable. The glassed in front porch is a marvelous place for reading. Hard to beat the location so near downtown. Heating and air conditioning work quite well. The hostess is top notch. We will be back!

This lovely cottage has charm with a capital C. The pictures don't begin to show how much of the vintage is still there. Lori was so responsive to any questions and supplying us with everything we needed for easy check-in. As a couple of seniors we appreciated the one floor layout and the easy walk-in shower. Although we didn't cook a meal the kitchen was well stocked and great for breakfast and snacks. Air conditioning worked well and was easy for us to adjust to our liking. We did use the washer and dryer and were glad to have it. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many of the things we were interested in. If we return to the area we would stay here again.

Me and my daughter stayed for three nights and we were extremely pleased with everything. The house was clean and very functional. There is even a carport at the back of the property which worked well when a thunderstorm blew with large hail blew in one evening. Washer and dryer combo worked well without issues. The house is also nice and cold.

Charming home in a quiet, walkable location

We had a great stay at this cozy home full of character. The yard was beautiful, and the neighborhood was peaceful—aside from the occasional train, which honestly added a bit of charm and wasn’t disruptive at all. One of the best parts was being within walking distance of everything downtown. Plus, Garden of the Gods and other local attractions were just a short drive away. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to stay in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!

Quiet spot just steps away from downtown.

I have been a frequent travel to Colorado Springs as my daughter attended CC. This spot was perfect for me and my nephew to visit. The listing captures the place perfectly. The property is well groomed and maintained. The owner was very communicative throughout my time. Best of all, this is near some great spots downtown that made things easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Sweetest little rental in COS!

Lori was a dream to communicate with! She went well above and beyond in her efforts to communicate with and assist me during some questionable weather before, during and after my stay. The home is ADORABLE and much more spacious than the photos represent even! Walking distance to some fantastic little restaurants and just a short drive from the local airport. I will absolutely be staying here during any future COS trips! Highly recommend!
