Perfect 2 Bedroom for Getaways and Remote Work or School!

Close to all the great attractions, this house will immediately make you feel right at home when you walk through the door! The Cottage at The Woodburn Bungalows is a turn-of-the century, renovated home and has everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is beautifully renovated with heated floors.

This cozy home is uniquely designed with interesting nooks and bedrooms that you will find super charming! The main floor features the bathroom, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the necessary utensils, cookware, a large selection of spices and complimentary coffee, creamer, sweetener, and tea. Follow the stairs leading to the laundry room and garden level bedroom. The lower bedroom has French doors that open onto the patio and nicely landscaped backyard.

A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

We are pet-friendly and accept up to two small to medium-sized dogs! For special situations, please get approval from us before booking. Thank you.

This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

Great place and very well situated! Dog friendly with a large backyard. It's unfortunate that the previous people didn't clean their dogs pooh... Only downside is the awful humidity smell inside the house and the very old, small and uncomfortable beds.

This cottage was the perfect place. We traveled to Colorado Springs for our nephew’s wedding at the Broadmoor which was so close. In addition, however, we were so centrally located to the Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak Cog Railroad, Downtown Old Colorado City, Downtown Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs which we took advantage of. The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, enjoyed the backyard and the fact it was fenced in. We also walked to the Ivy School Brewery which was a plus. The neighborhood was walkable for exercising our dog. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and equipped with everything. This was our first trip out west from PA and we were so fortunate to be located so close to so many attractions. Thank you for hosting us.

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely small house. Everything was as advertised. Lots of room. Excellent communication by the property manager and a wonderful book detailing the property as well as lots of information about the surrounding area (stores, restaurants, sight seeing, etc.).

In general, this is a cute little cottage. My husband was volunteering at the Broadmoor so the location was perfect. The property was not as clean as I had expected from previous reviews, however, I did reach out to the hosts and they were very responsive in addressing the issue. I think we maybe just had an off week with the cleaners. A couple of notes, the yard was great for our dog but the stairs to get to the back door are very steep so if you have an elderly dog who struggles with stairs you may want to consider this. Additionally, I am a very light sleeper and there must be a train crossing nearby as I heard train whistles several times in the middle of the night. My husband was not bothered by this and did not notice.

Cajuns in Colorado!

Perfect little place us and our two little dogs. The backyard and dog run are great and the dogs enjoyed themselves. If we return to this area we will definitely book again.

Outstanding Stay

The property is impeccably clean. The maintenance folks should be congratulated. The house is accurately described in the listing. In addition the thought that went into the detailed conveniences (new coffee maker, doggie bag dispenser, shower gel, ect) is the best if any place we have stayed.

Super Quiet

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to attend a skating event at the World Arena, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The owners were incredibly helpful and communicative—especially when I realized I left something behind. So grateful for their kindness and quick response!

Great place and location

This is a great property close to the Broadmoor. Hosts were very responsive. Rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Great to have full kitchen and washer/dryer. Parking works well also for 2 vehicles. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
