The staff were very friendly! The bed was super comfortable but the pillows are super squishy so if you don’t like that I would highly recommend brining your own pillows!!

Honestly was very disappointed with the overall of the room. Found the room not to be very clean, toilet did not flush unless you hold the lever down for a while. Found that the ceiling in the bathroom had some mold i feel dumb for not taking pictures of it.

We weren't sure what to expect, but the place was unique and very well kept. Any issues (very few) were addressed promptly. Kerry, the bartender, was esoecially great at her job and fun to talk to. We enjoyed ending our day with her. The food was good as well. We hope to stay there again!

All in all a good stay (5 nights)

This was for a group event. A bit further from places to see than I would have liked (hotel was picked by organizers) but trip from and to the airport were super smooth and staff was always nice. Not a wow hotel, but nothing bad to say, just a smaller hotel that is not pretending to be 5 stars, but is also more accessible money wise.

The rooms were very nice, the staff is great, the breakfast is top notch. The only problems we had was with the room service, we were there for 5 days and only got towels and trash taken out one time the other days I had to go to the front desk and get towels and trash bags. Thank you for the stay.

They don’t care about you!!!!!

They double booked the room. I got a phone call when I was walking into the icu at Colorado Springs hospital to see my father before he passed. I had driven 18 hours to get there and then no room. No rooms available anywhere! I ended up in a Howard Johnson hole in the wall with druggys downstairs party and spiders and who know what else. Needless to say they didn’t give a damn about me. Will never stay at a Radisson and intend on telling everyone I know how I was treated. Very poor service. You owe me radisson hotel. Thank you for turning my fathers passing already bad into a worst experience.
