The person at the front desk during check in was sharing personal details about other guests. This made me quite uncomfortable. The hallway and room smelled like mildew. I actually bought a candle for the room for this reason. After returning to my room after spending the day out the bathroom reeked of marijuana. I turned on the fan and kept the door closed for the rest of my stay.
The women that worked at the grab and go breakfast were very nice & friendly. They would be the highlight of my stay.

Would Love to Stay Here Again
After looking at the cheapest hotel options since I needed an acceptable place last minute for cheap, it was depressing to see they all had horrible reviews on all websites (but not surprising.) I decided to up the price a little, but still scored a pretty decent deal on this room. It is in a great area where you will feel very safe, and it's a beautiful little hotel. I love the layout of the room, as it is unlike other places. They have smart TVs where you can log directly into your Netflix too, which was appreciated so I didn't have to use my laptop to watch. It was very clean and comfortable, and this "studio" room (a queen and a sofa bed) is more like a little suite than a regular room. It actually made me sad that I was staying only one night, as I really enjoyed staying here. The front desk staff member was really personable, knowledgable, and helpful. I left too early to have their 7am breakfast, so I can't review that aspect. Overall I would love to go back or recommend this hotel to anyone needing a great hotel in Colorado Springs.

Pros:Free breakfast, Free Internet, free parking, kitchennete in suites
The hotel is clean and updated, very modern and kept very well. Suites are large and kitchenettes with fridge, microwave and stove, dishes and utensils are perfect for someone staying longer than a couple nights. The VIEWS to the Rockies are amazing! We took a top floor 1bedroom suite facing the mountaints and could not take our eyes off the views. The extra services and amenities were outstanding and included: Mon/Tue/Wed you get a special reception snack bar and free drinks, and everyday morning breakfast gives you a variety of both cold and warm options as well. We were most impressed with the level of customer service at the hotel: check in and check out were easy, quick and friendly. The staff went far and beyond to accomodate everyone and make everyone's stay nice and cozy. Kids could rent sports equipment, or swim in a pool. We were mostly impressed with how the staff gathered together at breakfast to congratulate one little birthday girl with baloons , card and singing. It seemed like a nice and personable touch. Free parking, breakfast, newspaper and wi-fi added to the overall value of the room! The location is perfect for those of you planning a trip to the Air Force Academy and is next to the movie theatre. inquire about excellent military discounts. We definetely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through!

Clean, comfortable, and great continental breakfast

I have stayed here several times during business trips. The rooms are spacious, with great views of the mountains. The place is clean and quiet; the staff are friendly and always helpful. And the continental breakfast is great. What more can you ask? Highly recommended.
