Resort located in the heart of Colorado Springs

Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. Thanks for understanding!

Our place was perfect and very cozy. Very clean had everything we needed. Enjoyed using the hot tub in the mornings. Host was very quick to answer any questions and willing to come fix anything we couldn’t figure out. Highly recommend to anyone traveling there.

The host is extremely responsive to every contact and our special requests both before and during our stay.This location is wonderful to be at Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, the Air Force Academy and so many other destinations in Colorado Springs. You will love the spacious rooms and comfy beds with excellent bedding! Spotless bathroom and kitchen too! Hot water and water pressure were great. (shower entry just a tad tight) Steve and Ann have anticipated every guest’s needs in advance! The Keurig was nice but the French press was super!!!Would give everything 5 stars and stay anytime!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What an amazing stay! We arrived to a deer waiting at the welcome sign and visits daily from our woodland friends. The unit was in pristine condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean, plenty of towels and great shower water pressure. The kitchen had every convenance - very clean and appliances easy to use. (It did take a minute to realize there was an on/off button on the back of the Keurig - haha)Outside the hot tub was a nightly hit and the lovely chair and fireplace area a great place to unwind. Our hosts were so kind, easy to reach and helpful. The unit was very quiet - no noise from upstairs at all. We hope to come back! Thanks again!

This was a very comfortable place to live for a few days. It is well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking -- very good hill exercise and great views! Steve and Ann are very attentive hosts. Excellent and welcoming hosts! Wonderful property in a fabulous neighborhood. We felt extremely safe. This would be an excellent location for female travelers. The only thing I was hoping for was an actual full-size oven in the kitchen, but I worked around its absence. The place was sparkling clean and we are picky about cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great getaway

Everything was lovely and we had everything we needed for a weekend trip. The hot tub was especially nice after hiking. Hosts were great and communicative, very lovely stay. Also got to see deer every morning outside, which was cool.

Great stay

Clean, quaint, comfy couch our whole family could stretch out on. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The whole back of the property is so neat. I was worried when it said basement apartment, but it’s just the bottom of a split level with plenty of light. Steve was friendly and helpful. Will recommend and return!
