The room was dingy. Old towels with raveling edges. No place to hang wet towels to dry, and only 1 towel per Person. Bed linens were old and slid off the brd during the night. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but we well not be staying there again.

Went here for a staycation and did not disappoint. It’s perfect for families, the breakfast buffet was great and everyone working breakfast was so friendly from the servers to the omelette chef as well as the bartenders at night. We loved the pool and the fireplace afterwards. The overall ambience is very pleasant. Also close to a lot of hiking.

Loved this hotel! Nice atrium with bar/restaurant, & lounge with comfortable seating to have a drink or coffee. Always fresh water available, and the breakfast is far superior to most hotel breakfasts. Extremely helpful & friendly service throughout hotel.

Room’s bathroom was not clean. Despite a noon checkout time, housekeeper knocked on door at 8:30 am to clean the room before we had checked out. I said, NO, we’re still here. 3 minutes later when I was in the bathroom she said, house keeping and entered the room with her key, before we could get to the door or say no! That’s awful!

The property was old a little run down. My VIP treatment was to walk up 2 flights of stairs with my luggage since they didn’t have an elevator in the wing. The staff at the front desk didn’t like their jobs of helping customers. When I went into shower the spiked was laying on the tub floor. I had to wait till mid morning to shower. The pictures on Expedia were deceiving. Not sure if I will use Expedia for my next trip.
