This was a wonderful house for our family get together. Lots of space, plenty of beds and fantasic decor. We got up every morning to enjoy the park across the street and the view of Pikes Peak. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this for other large groups.

We immediately felt right at home in this beautiful house! It is immaculately clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, and the house is adjacent to trails and parks. Our family group includes four children, and the property was perfect for them, too. The host was so kind, and I know he would have been responsive had we had any issues, but we did not! The house is close to so many of the things we wanted to do on our trip, and it was the perfect home base. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for USAFA graduation. There was plenty of room for our large family. 10-15 minutes from everything in the C Springs area (Manitou, Garden of the Gods, Downtown, etc). It is the perfect location with an amazing view. Michael is the most responsive host we have ever had. He responded within minutes on any minor question we had. The added bonus was the spinner game. We are now looking how to get one ourselves. Overall the best VRBO experience we ever had.

what we loved about this property large enough for eight adults to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed using the ping-pong table and the pool table. The long dining room table was great for all of us eating together and playing cards. How to in a beautiful neighborhood and we love walking the neighborhood and the trails right across the street. The house was very close to garden of the gods and red rock areas. The host was very responsive then came right over to adjust the AC unit.
