Nice place

Pros: The person at the front desk when we checked in. She was very helpful as to things for us to go see while we were in town.
Cons: The price could be lower.
Location: The Garden of the Gods is close by as well as the Air Force Academy.
The only complaint I have about this stay is concerning the stove top. One of the burners did not work. However, considering that the big reason I chose this hotel was so my wife and I could cook our meals instead of dining out (which can be a bit pricey in Colorado Springs) having only 1 working burner does make cooking a task. When I told the front desk about this problem I was told "I'll let maintenance know." Umm..doesn't help me much now though. Oh well, all in all was and is a nice place to stay. I'd recommend it.

I am so sorry that we didn't show any sense of urgency in getting the burner in your room repaired and/or getting you moved to a room where both burners were operable. I will certainly remind the front desk how important those amenities are and that we need to be sure we are doing a better job in taking care of our guests.

Overall good place to stay!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Great location, easy to access, friendly helpful staff. Plus they offer free dinner most nights, with free beer and wine! Pool was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was good, nice assortment of both hot and cold foods. I would stay again.

A wonderful experience!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, amazing linens, full fridge dishwasher small range microwave, safe and quiet, responsive staff
I was traveling with teens, and was amazed to find that we could book a suite at this hotel for the same price as a double room at others in the area. It was sparkling clean. Everything was in good repair. The housekeeping staff had left extra towels and foam pillows as I had requested, along with a personal note. The hotel was quiet and lovely. At breakfast I was surprised to find that most of the other guests were attending a family reunion. I had expected to feel out of place since this is a business-oriented hotel. Instead, I felt welcomed and quite at home. We can't wait to stay here again in the near future!

Pleasent Surprise

This was a work related trip and my six person team had to work within current per diem rates. After looking at several places to stay we liked the idea of not only breakfast but a so called light dinner. Well let me tell you this was not a light meal. It is a full meal. The staff at the hotel are friendly and at no time did you feel like another number. I would stay again whether for business or pleasure.
