Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.

The house was what we needed and close to everything we wants to do. Everyone appreciated the layout and decor, and the views and outdoor space were appreciated. Check-in was easy, and Kaitlyn was responsive throughout our visit.The stairs were a bit creaky, which was a bit challenging with energetic children, but we'd be happy to stay here again on the next trip to Colorado springs.

Comfortable, convenient location and great views

The house is comfortable with mostly great furnishings. The location is really convenient with garden of the gods 5-10 mins away and a nice grocery store around the corner. And the view of Pikes Peak is perfect

Amazing mountain view

This place was very clean and very spacious. Location is great and the Mountain View is a plus. Second time booking with this host and both times have been great I would definitely recommend booking here.

Wonderful home and location!

I stayed with my family for 4 nights and had actually extended our stay! The location was very convenient and everything was about 10-20 minutes away. Our host, Kaitlyn, was very attentive and welcoming! We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan on returning later on!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was close by and Hwy 24 could be easily accessed. The beds we’re comfortable, everyone slept well and felt like they were at home. Kaitlyn was very helpful, shared a terrific site that was customized for the area, and quickly responded to any messages. We would definitely stay again.

Cute & Convenient

The house was perfect for our family in terms of size and convenience. It is close to all attractions and having Old Colorado City "down the road" was an added bonus. Kaitlyn, our host, was readily available and accommodating.

Friends of mine and I enjoyed a long girl's weekend at Hazel's Haven. This little house is super charming with so much potential. Logan mentioned this is a new property and over time will be doing some updating. The place is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked great, the record player was fun to use and the location was perfect!Logan was quick to respond and even picked up a few kitchen items we needed. If you're cooking just beware of the very sensitive smoke detector above the door in the kitchen. We also appreciated not having to do a ton of extra requirements for check out. We had a very enjoyed stay!

Family

This was an amazing little house and conveniently locted to where we wanted to be. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved the fact that there was a backyard for the little ones. The downstairs was like it own little place for my sister to work or my children and I to go when my parents wanted to take a nap. My family would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The host were amazing and got back to us immediately, and even let us check in early. For sure would stay here again if e got the chance!

Colorado Springs getaway

The house was: ‱ comfortably accommodating to 10 people with kids ‱ close to all activities- pikes peak, garden of the gods, downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs ‱ The view of the mountain out the front window was incredible The house was not ‱ cleaned very well prior to us arriving- all floors were not swept or mopped, the furniture was dusty, downstairs shower was not cleaned, trash was not emptied (and the bags were full)

We stayed there once before Was planning on staying again in November Have decided to stay elsewhere 3 television sets in the house but only a remote for the bedroom There is an electric skillet there, however it doesn’t workThere is a coffee maker but no coffee potThe doors to bathroom and bedrooms do not close without slamming because they don’t fitFront storm door doesn’t latch Rear storm door is behind garageRubber stair treads on basement stairs are looseDefinitely went down hill

Good not great

My communication to manager about 1) dirty floors and dishes 2) lack of a skillet was promptly answered. Team came out next day and cleaned at floors again. Left dirty pans in cabinet. Did not deliver skillet. As a note: bar downstairs had no glassware or bar supplies. Kitchen had three large dirty pans, no skillets and Three coffee cups. Seriously people?
