Enjoy the outdoor fresh air with nearby hiking & fishing. Short drive to Pikes Peak & many other must see sites! Fully stocked kitchen with fun retro appliances. Dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Enjoy an evening around the outdoor firepit or indulge in relaxation & enjoy the remote fireplace in the bedroom. Smart TV's with WIFI and plush bed.

New January 2020 - Newly remodeled 1930's Farmhouse cabin tucked away behind Pikes Peak, American's mountain. Dog friendly and located in the heart of town. Surrounded by Pike and San Isabel National forest. A winter wonderland and a summer paradise! Enjoy the mountains in your own cozy cabin located on a corner lot. The cabin is thoughtfully decorated with one of a kind touches throughout. The kitchen is stocked for home cooked meals and new unique retro appliances, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, microwave and toaster for fun nights in. Relax by the outdoor firepit. Or unwind in the king size bedroom with plush bedding and a remote control fireplace. The cabin has WIFI and two new smart 4K TV's loaded with numerous apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, sports and much more so that you can log on and watch your favorite movies or listen to your favorite music. Both TV's also have Dish satellite with over 200 channels so that you can catch local news and live sporting events. The cabin is stocked with adult and kid's books, games and puzzles for a fun night in. The Farmhouse is dog friendly. The backyard has views of Pikes Peak, is large and completely fenced in so that your dog can enjoy the outdoors as well. There are numerous hiking trails around for Rover to enjoy as well. Memorial Park is 2 blocks away and a dog's dream come true!* Please note there is a $45 pet fee* Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations and housebroken. They are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled or put outside in the fenced area if you are absent from the Farmhouse. Please no chewers and in consideration for others, as much as we love Fido, please do not allow pets on furniture.* Unauthorized dogs, parties, smoking or vaping inside the cabin will result in an automatic $150 deduction from your security deposit.

Location information - 3 miles to Charis Bible College. A short drive to Santa's Work Shop, entrance to Pikes Peak, CO Wolf & Wildlife, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Zoo. Cripple Creek - 27 miles, Eleven Mile Reservoir - 30 miles, Royal George - 56 miles, Denver - 72 miles. Camping, hiking and fishing right down the street! Like skiing, but don't like the crowds or lodging cost? The cabin is a gorgeous 1 & 1/2 hour drive to Breckenridge.

Guest have the entire cabin to themselves. I do not live on the property but do near live by to assist with any needs. Guest can access the cabin via a keypad. Codes will be provided prior to check-in.

Woodland Park is a small quaint mountain town with awesome views of Pikes Peak. It is with in driving distance to must see sites in the area such as Pikes Peak, The Dinosaur Museum, Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, Santa's Workshop, Garden of The Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of The Winds, Manitou Springs, Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and much more! Breckenridge is a beautiful 1 & 1/2 hour drive. Outside the Farmhouse are sidewalks for walking, riding bikes and absorbing the views of Pikes Peak. Memorial Park is 2 blocks away and is a small paradise with unforgettable views of Pikes Peak!

Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk to downtown where you will find shopping and dining. You can also walk to the Casino pick up area where you can catch the bus to Cripple Creek for some gambling or to catch a local theater show.

The farmhouse was clearly planned out and decorated with a very cute theme in mind. That being said some of the items were too much in excess creating clutter. We put some things away in fear of knocking them over during our stay. There are clearly some fixes needed around the property and maybe more practical space like tables to put your things/get ready in the morning/etc over all the bonus items. That being said it was very cute and centrally located for a lot of activities in Colorado. This house is super close to town and there was a dog that barked throughout the mornings/nights so just something to be aware of since you can’t control your neighbors.

Excellent location, very clean, cute decor. Lots of extras we didn't use (picnic supplies, hot tub, grill, pet supplies, etc.).We would have preferred a firmer mattress, and a dresser for clothes. Kitchen was equipped well except the knives needed sharpening or replacement - it was nearly impossible to prep food. Instructions for the TVs need to be updated.

Never needed to leave!

My sweetie and I brought groceries and ordered pizza the first night. We never had to leave and spent the whole trip moving between the hot tub, the king sized bed, cooking yummy things in the fully stocked kitchen, watching movies and stargazing. It was wonderful and a trip for the books! A little warm so I’m glad we brought our fan but I bet it’s PERFECT in the fall/winter!

Our Go To Getaway Spot

This was our third stay at this amazing property, and it continues to be our favorite place to escape to. The space is always spotless, cute, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing, stress-free stay.One of the highlights for us is the hot tub, which is private and beautifully maintained—a great way to unwind after a day out. Plus, the property is dog-friendly, which means we get to bring our pups along for the adventure. The host is consistently wonderful—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful—and the location is fantastic: quiet, safe, and close to great dining, hiking, and shops.We truly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s rare to find a spot that feels like a second home, and this one absolutely does. Can’t wait for visit number four!

Cute property in great location

This cute place is decorated with antiques like the oldest tv I have ever seen, a gramaphone and retro appliances. The bed is very comfortable. There is a large yard with a hot tub. It is in a great location, walking distance to the small downtown area of restaurants and shops. I was amazed at how quiet is was inside in spite of construction nearby.

Lovely and unique

As described. Cozy cottage with retro decor. We enjoyed the retro appliances that were actually modern. We traveled with our 6-year-old Australian Shepherd and the fenced yard was a huge plus. Spent a lot of time sitting outside. Wonderful Park a block down the street and the neighborhood was just the right kind of busy. Short walk to some shops and eating. BEST DOG FRIENDLY PLACE

We pulled in and was immediately impressed with the farmhouse as advertised. There was only ONE suprise and that was the dog door. My pup loved the in out capability. The bed is comfortable. The hot tub worked. The cupboard contained everything we needed including travel coffee mugs. I will definitely stay again if it is ok with the owner.

Relax and Unwind

It was a perfect ending to our vacation, we stayed in old Colorado City, Salida, Colorado Springs. My wife and I finished at the farmhouse in Woodland Park. It was perfect, it was clean and done the way we decorate at our house in Texas. We cooked out both nights just wanted to relax and enjoy us and relax after all the hiking! Hot tub had us sleeping like a baby! 🎯 GOD BLESS 🇺🇸! Colorado Beauty!

Cutest place I've ever stayed in

The Farmhouse is adorable, clean, comfortable, well stocked, great location, and the owner and managers are quick to respond. The backyard is a winner. The yard is completely fence, nicely decorated, table, chairs and BBQ. Our 2 pups loved it. Short walk to restaurants, stores and a beautiful park. Short drive to grocery stores and lots of great places to enjoy.

Fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Basically slept here and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Good location. Clean! If you wanted to cook, you will have everything you need. Walked every morning to get our coffee. Java Haus was our favorite. Cafe Leo had a yummy bagel called the Colorado- delicious! We will be back to Colorado soon! Thank you!!

Cozy and perfect location

We were absolutely impressed with this home and all of it's amenities. The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. We appreciated the hot tub, comfortable bed and pillows, and the shampoo/conditioner already in the nice shower. Everything worked properly. Excellent communication with the host. Super unique and beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. After a little delay getting the code to get in we found that the whole house brought us back in time. Everything was clean and we just loved the retro appliances. The house alone was a vacation within out trip. Would definitely come back!!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the farmhouse. We stayed for a week and did a lot of sightseeing. Blue skies and the view of pikes peak was breathtaking. The woodland park welcome center is a must! 2 blocks away! Jacuzzi was a must for relaxing!
