Be sure to remove all leftover food/beverages from the fridge upon checkout. Weekend Stays- Be sure to take ALL trash with you! Weekday Stays — Trash run on Wednesday’s at 0800-0830.
Place trash bins at the end of driveway and RETURN once trash is picked up. If there are any questions please feel free to ask.

A great location for the nearby Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. Breakfast and grocery store options are very close. It’s also less than 20 minutes from all the Colorado Springs attractions. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here for any future Colorado Springs adventures.

First, this was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The location was great. The comfort of the bed in the master bedroom was great. The furniture in the bedrooms is limited. One bedroom had a good mattress, the other did not. That ended up being alright since we ended up only using two of the bedrooms. There is no coffee pot and seating is limited in the living room. There are no trash cans on the third level. Having to supply towels is also not ideal. All bedrooms are on the third level, so we had to make different arrangements for my parents. They are not handicapped but that many stairs was too much. Thank goodness the family we came to visit had space for them, towels we could borrow and enough room for us to hangout. The host was responsive to any questions.

The home was beautiful, looked brand new, and the location was great. Very quit area but still close to everything. The view from the neighborhood is breathtaking!
