Daylight basement newly-remodeled apartment with three bedrooms in Columbia Falls is just 20 minutes to Glacier National and just 100 yards from the best fishing holes in the Flathead River. One of the owners is editor and photographer of local newspaper, an avid fly fisherman and has hiked all the trails in Glacier and is readily available for insider advice and trip planning for the adventurous family looking to get away from the crowds. Apartment is just 7 miles to the airport and walking distance to fine dining, great coffee, two bakeries, a hometown brewery and a big city park with a playground for the kids is out the front door. It features a fully furnished kitchen, full bath and high speed WIFI.

Wonderful stay while visiting Glacier National Park. Location is perfect and Columbia Falls has everything you need. Host is so welcoming! Even helpful with our flat tire! Thanks for the sweet grapes and fresh tomatoes! We hope to be back and do some fishing next time!

We did not end up staying there as it was not as advertised. It was not even the same color so I don’t know how old the pictures were. There was a very dirty window that looked like mold with a curtain on it towards the entrance. The entrance to where we were supposed to go was piled with some things in the doorway. Communication was not good with the homeowner. We have requested a refund and we are hearing silence from the owner/renter! There was nothing about this property that made us want to stay there.Unfortunately, the picture going down the stairs that entryway did not come out well, but it was not inviting at all. There was stuff piled everywhere around the home, which did not make it inviting. I just couldn’t get past that window and look like mold.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable with this as a base to explore Glacier. Sherry provided many extra touches to make it a very comfortable stay and my kids loved it. The park across the street was a lovely bonus as well. Highly recommend this stay!

Close drive to Glacier!

Sherry greeted us and had milk, eggs, bread, butter, and milk in the refrigerator for us and ice pops in the freezer for the kids! She was very helpful and kind! The place was clean! We just missed that it was the basement so that caught us off guard when we arrived.

Home away from home

Property was well maintained, owner was quick to respond and fix the couple things that came up, across from a playground that the kids loved, and mountains in your back yard! Great recommendations for things to do in the area, overall fantastic experience and cannot wait to return!back

Amazing!

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while visiting Glacier National Park. Sherry was so helpful and kind. She provided basic food supplies and the place was spotless! She provided toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and filters. The location is perfect with only a 20 minute drive to West Glacier entrance and 2 minutes to downtown restaurants, grocery store and laundromat. I will definitely stay with Sherry again when I come to Glacier! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place!

This home put is in great proximity to Glacier National Park. Our host was incredibly friendly, greeted us when we arrived, and provided milk, bread, and eggs. She was easy to contact if needed, and we loved the big family room. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful home away from home to come back to after sightseeing and hiking in Glacier National Park. The location is excellent. The large kitchen/family room area was great for gathering to watch a movie and plan our day trips. Sherry is a wonderful hostess. She is very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would highly recommend this property.

Very nice property owner. Generously Had some food and eggs . Very nice . Nice open space basement . Feed back Dresser in bunk bed room needs repair . Drywall sanding dust ?? Pile under bunk bed . . I dropped my ear pods( landed in pile ) Spider season few in the bath. ( like everyone’s house) . No washer and dryer ( my bad ) Great location for town
