just completed1 bedroom 1 bath apt. on a 40 acre property

This apartment is new. It is for a single or couple. No children or pets. It is on a 40 acre ranch. It was once used for raising show horses but is now a wedding venue. All days the apartment is available we will not have any weddings scheduled. This apartment is inside a 12,000 sq. ft. building used for the weddings. We have built a western strip inside the building and the apartment is on the upper level ( see picture showing the western strip with the apartment up stairs ). The windows do not look outside but rather inside the arena overlooking a 12,ooo sq ft. arena where weddings are held. Weddings are held on Saturdays. The property has ponds, waterfalls and acres of beautiful landscaping. You will feel like you are on a resort.
