The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, large living/dining room, independent and fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, air, wood fireplace, pellet fireplace.
The pool can be heated on demand (at a cost). There are 2 large terraces with a large barbecue and parking for 5 cars.
1 Pet is welcome, (on prior request, at a cost).
The villa is sunny from morning until evening.!!!
10 minutes drive from the Moorish village of Comares and 5 minutes from the restaurants of Los Ventorros.
Torre del Mar beach is a 35-minute drive away,
Malaga is a 45-minute drive away.
Pool heating is available from April 1 to November 15 for an extra charge of 190 euros per week (must be requested at least 1 week before arrival).
A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival by credit card (in the event of damage to the house), refundable 7 days after your departure.
Pet is accepted subject to acceptance, at a cost of €50 per animal.
Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms.

Beautiful and peaceful villa
The villa is lovely with plenty of space for 7 of us, and with a great pool. It is very private which was good for a lively family! There are 3 toilets which is good for a family. It is a bit of a trek from the coast and this has to be factored in. It would be helpful to have some clearer instructions about things like using the oven etc. However Jose and Isabelle were very helpful and responsive to any problems we had. Thanks for a fabulous holiday

Lovely House, great location
Great house, easy to get to with no unsealed roads to access. Well equipped, beautiful quite rural location but close to 2 lovely bar restaurants and and only 10 minutes drive to Comares which has all you need. We will happily return in future.

Mooi en verzorgd huis met een heerlijk zwembad (verwarmd dus ook in april goed te zwemmen). Een prachtige en rustige omgeving. Als je snel in een stad wil zijn (nu 50-60 minuten) is dit niet je huis maar wel als je vooral komt voor rust en prachtige natuur. Supermarktje is maar 10 minuten.

Schönes Haus inmitten der Natur - wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig
Das Haus liegt oberhalb an einer wenig befahrenen Straße mit herrlichem Blick in die Natur. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht ist hier genau richtig. Im ca. 3km entfernten Los Ventorros gibt es ein Cafè sowie das Restaurant "Table Mountain", eine urige Einkehr mit sehr gutem Essen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min in Comares, einem typisch weißem Dorf, was auf einem Felsen thront mit einer Festung und Blick bis zum Meer...unbedingt sehenswert. Hier gibt es u.a. auch einen kleinen Laden, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet, sogar frisches Fleisch, sowie eine Bäckerei.
Das Ferienhaus selbst hat Schlafplätze in 4 Schlafzimmern für 10 Personen. Wir waren nur 5 Erwachsene und hatten damit komfortabel Platz. Auch ein Bad mit Wanne im EG, eins im OG mit Dusche und eine extra Toilette im 4. Schlafraum waren optimal. Wir konnten jeden Morgen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Man hat vom späten Vormittag bis abends Sonne am Pool. Die Pool-Heizung mussten wir bei den Außentemperaturen im September noch nicht nutzen. Zweimal in der Woche erfolgte eine Poolreinigung. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist in einem typisch rustikalen, südländischen Stil. Wir hatten Probleme mit einem Wasserhahn, welches aber sofort nach Anruf des Hausverwalters behoben wurde. Malaga ist in einer Stunde zu erreichen, der Strand von Nerja in 45 Minuten. Wen ein wenig mehr Fahrzeit nicht stört kann sich tolle Städte wie Ronda, Cordoba, Granada mit der Alhambra, Sevilla anschauen oder auch den grandiosen Caminito del Rey beschreiten. Wir hatten zwei wirklich tolle Wochen in Andalusien und werden sicher wiederkommen.
