The only issues we had with our room (310) was that there was a constant loud vibrating noise so it was almost impossible to sleep and we couldn’t get the fan on the thermostat to just stay on so it was constantly clicking and turning on and off all night. The room itself was fine, the beds comfortable and the front desk workers were great and helped us get a ride to the concert.

The staff was excellent. We were able to check in early after a long ride. Housekeeping also took care of a large hornet in our room! The bed/pillows were very comfortable. We were there for a concert and will definitely be back next time.

Clean, quiet, overpriced, terrible breakfast. However, the excellent staff make up for the shortcomings. If it wasn't so overpriced I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location for Pine Knob. The room was clean staff were great. The common areas hall way etc were filthy. There was a flosser lying on floor in hallway and the vacuum had definitely not been used for a while in hallway.
