Overall, the experience was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. However, when I took a shower in the morning of the first day it was cold and would not get hot even after ten minutes of running the water. I informed the staff about this, but the next day it was the same. Also, I had cereal in the morning from their breakfast area and the milk was bad. I informed the front desk and they said that others had complained about it and they would let the breakfast attendant know. My question is: "if others complained about it, why was it still being served to guests?" The front staff were friendly, but they were pretty slow at checking me in. However, she had mentioned that she had only been there a month so I'm sure they'll get faster with time. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be back any time soon.

Exactly as promised and hoped

Our room was ready and clean. The front desk staff was kind and cheerful. Check-in was quick. And the waffles were excellent at breakfast. Housekeeping greeted us with a smile as we headed out. A free coffee for the road closed a perfect stay.

Short Family Trip
