What a gem of a hotel. Fantastic location, fab staff and great room. We paid more for a balcony lake view and was worth every penny. Continental brekkie is more than just a basic continental; it is an amazing selection.

Nice view w/ lovely view! We only stayed one night but I wished it had been longer. Would definitely go again. The only negative thing I can say is that the room walls are kind of thin, so you can hear people. But, I would go back and stay longer.

Highly recommend this hotel. I can’t say enough good things. From the location to the breakfast option but more importantly the staff, especially Matthau. (Sorry if I misspelt) The ferry stop is 5 mins walk Old town is round the corner Bed were a little firm but still very comfortable Breakfast selection was amazing. Lots of options. Only Missing iron but they will bring that to you if u need.

We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!

loved the location. gets a 5 star on location. lots of dining options and ferry terminal is right across from the street. We did not like how the rooms were not temperature controlled - it was extremely hot. The bathroom shower had major leaks that made everything wet. Their alternative options were also not feasible. Overall I would rate the property cleanliness and condition an average rating. but location a 5 out of 5 rating.

4 wonderful days in como.

4 night stay. View from lake view room fantastic. Bed comfortable. End tables had easy access to electric. Location walkable to everything. Breakfast excellent including eggs, cappuccino, mimosas etc. restaurant also great. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. A perfect stay.would rebook in a heartbeat .

Centre of Como, great hotel with a lovely restaurant and lots of other options in a short walking distance. Our room was a good size and had a balcony with great views up the lake.
