The property needs to be updated. I took pictures of the entrance way which is very poor disrepair. I saw someone almost trip from the loose pavement in the entrance when you drive up.

After being in the room for 30 minutes we all experienced terrible runny nose is an awful sore throat‘s at that time we made the choice to leave. We requested a full refund which I’m hoping you will honor. We did not stay overnight. You need to start reviewing your properties that you support. This one was awful!!!!!

We were there for 3 nights. The room was dirty with mold and rust in the shower. There was peeling paint around all the doors. After our first day out we came back in the evening to discover the room had never been cleaned and no clean towels were provided. We complained and the next day are room was cleaned. However myy brother's room was never cleaned during the whole stay.
There was never anyone at the front desk. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in. There was no one there to ask questions too. To get towels we called and got no answer and waited at the front desk for 15 minutes until someone appeared.
The free breakfast was from 6:30 - 9:30. Most of the food trays were empty, the fruit bowl was never filled, and there was no one at the front desk to ask that some food be put out. And it was only 8 am.
Very disappointing hotel. I've always had great experiences at other Quality Inns in the past.

short staffed
Very disappointing. building not well maintained. rooms dirty. Repeated requests necessary for cleaning services and towels. Holiday weekend may have left them short staffed.
