Important Property Notes
âą Road Access:
The road leading to the cabin is gravel and can be rough terrain. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended.
âą The cabin is located on the same road as a pet rescue facility.
âą Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome at Sans Souci (maximum 2 dogs, 30 lb weight limit) with a $30 pet fee.
âą Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.
âą Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
