Our room smelled old/sour. I went and bought Lysol wipes and a smeller to freshen up the room. Our toilet got clogged so we told the staff in the hallway but after 30 minutes no one came so then we called front desk, at this time we had to leave our room but when we came back the toilet was fixed but there was toilet water all over the seat and water on floor, it wasn’t cleaned up. The lamp shade is falling apart. Overall we felt “dirty” in the room

Over all the property is quiet, comfortable and seems safe. Great location in the downtown area with lots of dining and beverage options, most quite walkable. My problem is the cleanliness of my bathroom, in particular the tub/shower area. This is an older building and in desperate need of a little TLC. The grout around the tiling probably has not been scrubbed thoroughly in decades and the caulking around the tub is black with what looks like mould. I was in room #302 so beware, even though I’m sure most rooms probably look similar.
