Room was dark, dingy and felt dirty. Bath and face towels were paper thin...should have been replaced years ago. Boil water alert was in effect when we arrived...when we asked front desk for a second bottle of water, they were hesitant. For the money this place charged for a room, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Excellent and friendly.

Pros: I loved the amenities, the windows that let one see the trees and the mountains, the river with the surfboards that are available and our room.
Cons: Perhaps some less expensive items at the restaurants...One of the cheapest meals was a hamburger at $18:00 or a pizza at $18:00.
Location: Waterfall, hiking trails, ice cream store with touristy things to buy as well.
The hotel is beautiful. It was great having a swimming pool, a mineral bath, a steam sona and a regular sona. There is a balcony by one of the restaurants and clients are allowed to bring their own drinks there. Breakfast was great!
