Welcome to Seaside Retreat CBC136K, your perfect getaway on the Gulf Coast. This charming first-floor condo is beautifully decorated, creating a tropical ambiance that invites relaxation. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s ideally situated for sun-soaked days and serene evenings.

Unwind in the heated community pool or hot tub after a day of adventure, and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for preparing meals. Sip your morning coffee or evening drink on your private balcony, making this condo the perfect home base for your coastal escape.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Very clean unit that more than met our needs. Almost walking distance to popular whitecap beach! Communication with property management group was very easy. Being a lower level unit, you are subject to a little noise, depending on the guests staying right above you, but that’s always the trade-off for lower level.

Great Beach Vacation

Great place to stay. Very clean has everything that you need. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful weather. Walking distance to the beach. We will definitely come and stay here again to celebrate our 23rd anniversary next year.

Great Couple Getaway

Wow! So easy to check in and checkout with text. The property was beautiful- super cute decor. The pool and hot tub was up to date and super relaxing. Loved the porch patio. And the best part is literally a couple blocks away from the beach. We walked there and watched the sunsets. Amazing!

Great location for a beach Vacation!

This property has everything that is needed for a relax vacation time with the family. It is well equipped (kitchen, laundry, and linens) and it’s in a great location to explore the beaches in both Mustang Island and Padre National Seashore. Our family felt very comfortable staying here. Check-in was easy and smooth, same as check out. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved this condo!

My family of 3 stayed here for a quick 2 night trip. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the extra activities such as games and puzzles. Very easy check out process too.

Fun Beach Stay

Our family of 5 had a blast staying at this condo! It is well stocked with everything you might need to stay a few days, plus there's a little market close by for groceries and plenty of great restaurants and family friendly activities on the island. We also made the short trip to Port Aransas one evening to see the sea turtles and dolphins. We appreciated all of the little amenities the owner/property manager supplied, and everything was as described, if not better. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was also a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!
