✦ Driving: The cabin is on a hill, so please take care when driving or walking since the drive up to the cabin is a bit steep though wide and safe.

✦ Bugs & Wildlife: Since our cabin is located in the woods, you may encounter wildlife and insects, including bees, squirrels, deer, and even BLACK BEARS. While bear sightings are rare, please remain cautious and aware of your surroundings.

✦ Bear Safety: Bears are dangerous, though encounters are uncommon. Always exercise caution.

✦ Early Check-In: We offer early check-in for an additional $30, subject to the availability of our cleaning staff. This ensures the cabin is properly prepared for your arrival.

✦ Hot Tub Usage: Alcohol is strictly prohibited near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use at your own risk.

✦ Amenities Provided: We supply soaps, shampoos, towels, tea, coffee for your convenience.

✦ Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

✦ No Pets: Pets are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged if a pet is brought to the property and you will be asked to leave.

✦ Fire Safety: Unauthorized fires, including candles, will incur fee plus any damages.

✦ Check-Out Policy: Check-out is at 11 AM. Due to the cleaners’ tight schedule, late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first half hour and $100 for each additional half hour.
