We had a room in the 3rd floor. Located at the back of the hotel ( right outside the door by the pool). Overall very clean and daily room service ( beds made & new towels). Located a couple blocks up from parkway! Trolly stops right out front on a schedule! Very friendly staff! This is an older hotel with updates.

The whole experience was fun and stress-free. Check-in was simple, checkout just as well, the pool was very clean and fun! Restaurant was nice for the night we didn't want to go out. Will definitely stay again.

When we checked in, check in was quick and easy. However, when we got to the room there was mold on a lampshade, the ceiling and a photo frame. We called down to the front desk who got maintenance to come right up. They could not move us that night, but promised we would have a new room in the morning. When we woke up and went downstairs, they had our new room ready as promised. They also did comp our room for the first night for the inconvenience. The staff and maintenance were wonderful. The restaurant had delicious pizza. The hot tub was great after a long day out and about in the city. The only downside was there was no complementary breakfast. But through a recommendation, there is a great pancake house down the street within walking distance.

Lobby nice, rooms clean, nice pool area. On property, the shrubs going out exit need to be trimmed. You can’t see either way unless you get out partially in the road.

Our stay all together was enjoyable. The vent in the bathroom was super clogged with debris. The rooms were overall clean and had anything we would need. The pool hands down was our favorite part.
