We had a room in the 3rd floor. Located at the back of the hotel ( right outside the door by the pool). Overall very clean and daily room service ( beds made & new towels). Located a couple blocks up from parkway! Trolly stops right out front on a schedule! Very friendly staff! This is an older hotel with updates.

The whole experience was fun and stress-free. Check-in was simple, checkout just as well, the pool was very clean and fun! Restaurant was nice for the night we didn't want to go out. Will definitely stay again.

The lodge is wonderful! Excellent walking distance to Gatlinburg. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. John at the check in was super nice! Indoor pool is freaking awesome but chilly. The hot tub sadly wasn't working. Our room is very standard. Like any other 2 bedroom queen. Very clean. No free breakfast but they do have a grille you can order from. Overall would definitely stay here again!!

Overall the property is good. The beds in our room seemed very old and were not comfortable. We had stayed here several years ago and remember being nicer than it is now. Just needs some updating.

WELL ROOM WASNT THE ROOM I BOOKED. SUPPOSED TO HAVE A RIVER VIEW DID NOT. ONLY ONE LIGHT WORKED IN THE ROOM. BED WAS LIKE A PEICE OF WOOD, HOT WATER FOR SHOWER TOOK 10MINS TO GET HOT THEN YOU COULD GET IN THE SHOWER. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN
