We had a room in the 3rd floor. Located at the back of the hotel ( right outside the door by the pool). Overall very clean and daily room service ( beds made & new towels). Located a couple blocks up from parkway! Trolly stops right out front on a schedule! Very friendly staff! This is an older hotel with updates.

The whole experience was fun and stress-free. Check-in was simple, checkout just as well, the pool was very clean and fun! Restaurant was nice for the night we didn't want to go out. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice place, a little outdated but still nice. John at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Walk to tons of shops and restaurants. Indoor pool was nice and breakfast buffet was great. Definitely recommend staying here!

Their were bugs inside and outside of the sheets and the walls and the roof of the hotel. I expected more to combat that but also the shower head was just a basic 5 dollar head from walmart if that and had no pressure was almost as bad as using it without a head at all.

Check-in was easy, staff was Very friendly. John was the one who checked us in, other staff we interacted woth was awesome. We had an accedent one of my kids spilt a sweet drink in the vehicle and due to bear being in the area, we wanted to get it cleaned up so one lady gave me some towels and rubbing alcohol to clean it up. Also when we needed towels Hector brought them to our room. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. Only thing i would recommend is the hotel needs a laundry room. We stayed a whole week and having to bring dirty clothes home for a family of 4. Other than that definitely a Great place to stay.

Poolside room was not pool side. It had a window that saw the pool but was 9n second floor so was no better than any other room for pool access for handicapped persons. Hallways was full of fandls and rupped up parts of moulding and carpet from a flood, none of our vending or ice machine were operational on our floor and the pool rules hate children it seems cause they cannot sit with parents in the hot tub abd their pool hour is cut by 1 hr short and for a family the pool is for the kids, not us. The pool was supposedly heated but it clearly was not, the hot tub spills into the pool which means its not even stylayong hot, its more of a warm tub and only fits like 4-5 adults so very awkward space to be in. Staff was nice and location is food but between all that and the room quality. It was absolutely not worth the price. The carpet in our roof was falling apart, bathroom was so tiny and had garbage water pressure, and our mirror had burn marks all over it, honestly made me feel like i was in a motel 6 on the wrong side of town.

The beds were awful!!! Customer service is great! John is great! The pool is fun but yes it is noisy. There's really not enough amenities to justify the cost, and the beds were really uncomfortable. The balcony over looked the parking lot.
