Loved waking up to the sound of the active river below my balcony. Room was newly renovated and had super comfortable beds and pillows. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast that was included! We will stay here again!

Property is really nice as all units have balconies and view of the river! The breakfast was subpar IMHO and the milk was expired! The elevator (only one) was not working until after 7pm due to maintenance. Parking is tight under the building. I like the remodeled rooms, beds were comfortable.

We had what was supposed to be a double king room. One standard room. King bed had 5 standard very used pillow. We asked them for 2 more pillows,they said they didn't have any . Breakfast was cold the first day . The elevator was down on 3 days for mid day maintenance and on Thursday longer they could not get it started .. We had to take 4 flights of ramps and stair case steps ,I m partially disabled. Parking is very unorganized and very tight ... They had one handicap spot. We had to walk and climb from the basement parking on 3 occasions.

Overall it was a great spot. Easily walkable to dining and entertainment. The parking can be tricky to navigate and get into at first, but it's a nice, lowkey get away. Staff is helpful and informational.

Great budget hotel away from the centre

Good budget hotel, away from the centre but good if you want away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Didn’t try the pool out but did go to look at it, it was ok and covered and that’s about as much as I can say as it didn’t look clean but maybe it was just tired. Easy to find and plenty or parking. Lots to do around it and a great Brazilian pizza restaurant close by.

The scenic river beside the hotel was beautiful, but being so close to the noisy, busy road was not. The rooms were nice. The pool area was very run down. It felt like you were swimming in the parking garage - which was right beside the pool. The location is walkable to the attractions downtown, which was convenient because parking is hard to find. The continental breakfast was just ok. I think if we were to go back to Gatlinburg, we would try a different hotel.

The sound of the river was amazing. Natures white noise for sleeping. Tourist heaven, tacky, overwhelming, so bad it’s good! Great food in the area.

Nice place to stay

View from the balcony is worth the $. Amazing being able to sit almost over the creek like that. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom area (between sleeping area and balcony) is very small, whereas the sleeping area is very spacious. The wall/door to the balcony is very nice and very soundproof, the other side, facing the road, is not. road noise would be an issue if you were a light sleeper. Breakfast was very nice, clean area, well stocked. Balcony chairs are VERY nice!
