The Host was very responsive. The home, however, was not as cozy as we had expected given the pictures online. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the house that required us to purchase air spray and open the windows for ventilation.

We had a problem with the heat in our first room, and staff was very accommodating and relocated us to an upgraded room. Beautiful hotel; clean; friendly staff.
