I was charged for 8 rooms instead of the 5 rooms that I had books and had confirmation numbers for. I requested towels and after a whole day had to call again. Not a well run hotel.

There was an error with the staff that booked our rooms. I reserved 5 rooms but when i checked in there were 8 room and I had to pay for them. I spoke with Travelocity along with the front desk manager and they said they could not do anything about it. the cost was $210.99 188.52 184.27 for a total of $583.78. I have the reservation that showed only 5 room. I will be issuing a dispute on this.
