Took a very long time to get someone to come to the desk. He stressed the fact that there was a hot tub in the bathroom but did not mention that there was no shower. Had to re-locate. No Kleenex, no shampoo, no blow dryer. Air conditioner was blowing even though it was cold and icy out. Next day no one was there after checking twice and calling.

We got there at 3:00 Christmas morning the lady in the front desk told us we could check in early then later on that evening when I went to get more towels she told me we were supposed to be out of the room by 12:00 Christmas Day the same day I paid for the room there was hardly any towels in there the water pressure was horrible the refrigerator was leaking I wouldn't recommend this hotel not for my worst enemy

Nice but could be better

Was clean. But no hair dryer. No tissues. And the air conditioner was dirty. People where loud. First time here it was nice. Second time not so nice. I had to carry all my stuff up the stairs no one told me if there was a elevator or not and I'm handicapped. Housekeeping is friendly and so was the lady at the front.

Never Again Motel 6

Motel 6 was very bad. The front desk refunded our money and we went to a different hotel - Marriott. Cigarette burn holes in the bed spreading for a non-smoking room. Room smells liked smoke and the towel rack hanging off the wall. I have pictures.

Extreme disappointed

We arrived very late 1am due to traffic conditions but our check in was pretty easy, no concerns. Upon entering the room, it apeared ok. We soon realized there were NO towels. The toliet had one screw holding the seat on so it made using the bathroom very uncomfortable. The next morning i went downstairs for towels only to be questioned as to if i had any towels in the room. My respone was, "No, none". She gave me a questionable look and gave me 1 set and was told that was all she had. The next morning i brought the dirty towls down and asked for 2 cleann sets. I got the same exact response, same employee, only this time she gave me 2 sets. We were given no housekeeping services during our 3 night stay. We checked out 9/1. As we were going down the stairs, we encountered an employee, sitting on the stairs, smoking cannabis. We had heavy bags, etc She did not move and we had to maneuver around her which was dangerous for me because i have a knee injury. . We usually stay in Ripley because we come to Ripley every Labor Day. This was a bad experience for choosing to stay in Covington this time.

It was very quiet and they was willing to work with you as far as paying for rooms... Only problem I had or didn't like with one of the women that work there an older lady was kind of rude and disrespectful to people
