Check in was done with a person on video. I hate these types of interactions and hope hotels do not go this route. Is it also not safe for me as a single female traveler to take the staff away from hotels. The room and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.

The telescreen check-in was a nightmare. This facility not equipped to deal with deaf people. Older visitors aren't going to like the tech approach either. No people interaction. Very cold and impersonal. No elevator for luggage and older people like me. Had to lug everything up the steps. No breakfast. Cold biscuits and cereal. No milk for cereal and attendant said there wouldn't be any. I stayed one night on a six day trip and then moved across the parking lot to another hotel for the rest of the week.
