Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

Stayz/HomeAway charge a service fee. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by Stayz/HomeAway.

The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by Stayz/HomeAway and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by Stayz/HomeAway.

Great stay overall, however, there were a few minor issues such as a malfunctioning washing machine. Additionally, the air conditioning in the property isn’t hugely effective at cooling the upstairs bedrooms - more our fault as the description makes it clear that there is only one system on each floor of the house.Otherwise, this is a clean, modern, spacious house, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Cowes, especially the hot tub.

Queens birthday escape.

Our stay at 7 Goodenia place was most enjoyable. A great location for all our activities and a short trip to Cowes Town centre for meals etc. The house was very comfortable and the facilities were great. Unfortunately there was a power outage on the Island on the first night of the stay. (This was beyond the owners control) Mauro the owner compensated us for the inconvenience by extending our checkout from 12pm on the Monday to 6pm which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay at this accommodation again.
