It was very disorganized between Expedia’s online reservations and the information they had at the front desk. Do better! Next time, I’ll pay extra and book through the hotel, saving myself a lot of time. Expedia needs to give better updated information to the hotel.

I did not like how this property dealt with 3rd party bookings. It was very disorganized and difficult for them. They couldn’t find records and were always questioning whether I paid or not. If you are going to accept 3rd party bookings through another site, get organized and don’t make me feel like I did something wrong.

Lovely, clean quiet and pretty hotel! Comfy beds. Pool was great, and both the coffee shop and the hotel restaurant had very good food with great service. Pesto pizza was the best!! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Cranbrook. I like to walk, and it was a short walk to the Saturday farmers market. Great experience in Cranbrook.
